These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website and its Services. By using the Services in any way, you are agreeing to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

When you buy a subscription, you'll get access to downloads, updates, and support as long as your subscription is active. If you cancel your subscription, you'll need to renew it to keep getting updates, support, or to download files again.
Updates are only available for the websites you bought the subscription for. Support is provided through the SKALE support system and only for the software you purchased. We don't offer support for customization, changes, or adding features. We also can't guarantee our products will work with other software or services.
You warrant that by using our services, you shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including, without limitation, applicable privacy and data protection laws, as well as applicable export or import controls, regulations, and sanctions.
